Description of Services
The Lord’s Supper
The Lord’s Supper is an opportunity for Christians to quietly reflect on the person of Jesus Christ and to remember His sacrificial death and life-giving resurrection. We express to God our appreciation for Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the perfect sacrifice for sin in prayer, praise, thanksgiving, song, Scrip-ture reading, and meditations. The meeting closes with the passing of the bread and cup (communion). Anyone who has placed his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and is living rightly before Him is invited to share the bread and cup.
Sunday School
Classes are available from preschool through adult. All classes share a common curriculum that emphasizes in-depth Bible study and application to our daily lives.
Family Bible Hour
The Bible Hour begins with the singing of traditional hymns and prayer. Local brothers and visiting speakers preach messages from the Bible to acquaint listeners with Jesus Christ and to encourage a life of faith, humility and righteousness. Messages are often part of a series for consecutive teaching on a doctrinal topic or Bible book.
Kids’ Club
Kids’ Club allows the children from preschool through age 13 to learn about God and have fun in the process.
Prayer & Bible Study
Adults and youth pray together for the needs for God’s people and to thank God for His answers. Bible books and Biblical principles are studied in depth using an informal format.
